Refund policy

We have a 28-day return policy, unfortunately if 28 days have gone by since purchase, we can not offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at kaorisprays@gmail.com ,If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the address and instructions for postage. The cost of shipping will be covered by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note if you receive a refund, the cost of our shipping will be deducted from your refund.
